With AIDAnova, one of the most innovative cruise ships with outstanding adventure worlds started its premiere season on December 19, 2018. AIDAnova combines innovative design with the latest technology for environmentally friendly travel and even more comfort on board.

New fantastic worlds of experience such as the combination of enjoyment and entertainment in the Time Machine Restaurant, the Studio X, in which guests can be there live when various TV shows are produced, the Mystery Room, the new theatrium, the further developed Four Elements or the Beach Club are just a few examples of the limitless new vacation variety with which AIDAnova has already delighted thousands of guests on their first trips. A new cabin concept offers even more space for individuality and personal service, from the penthouse suite and the extra-large cabin for families to the single cabin. Culinary trends from all over the world served in 17 restaurants and 23 bars inspire guests to try new things on board, for example in the new fish restaurant Ocean’s, the Teppanyaki Asia Grill or the Rock Box Bar and Tokyo Bar.

AIDAnova is the first cruise ship in the world that can be operated with low-emission liquefied natural gas (LNG) both in port and at sea. AIDAnova was awarded the Blue Angel for its environmentally friendly ship design.

Samuelis Baumgarte Art Consulting was commissioned with the artistic design of 33 areas, including restaurants, bars, outside decks, stairwells, corridors and cabins.
